Nearing Falmouth, a town in far southwest of England on a large natural deepwater harbor, not far from Lands End. This view is from the stern of the ship.

The Town of Falmouth from the bow of the ship.  Its climate is influenced by the Gulf Stream and is fairly mild.

The life boat station and a residential area from our moored ship.

The Royal Princess from the life boat station.

Falmouth from the moored ship. The new Maritime Museum is at the left. There were many yachts in the harbor, as there were at Southampton.

We walked onto town. The weather was overcast, but not cold or rainy.

The inner harbor for small boats, looking towards the harbor entrance. The Royal Princess is at the right.

Sailing out of Falmouth en route to Cobh.
