Pacific Electric Railway 1947-49
The Pacific Electric Subway Terminal
was beneath an office building in downtown Los Angeles. This picture shows the exit of the subway tunnel. Cars from the Subway Terminal served Beverly Hills, Hollywood, the San
Fernando Valley, Glendale, Burbank, and possibly others areas. The PCC car at the
right is from Glendale.
